HEATED AIR NIPPER BLADE FOR PLASTIC, 90-DEGREE, L-SHAPE, SIZE 30 | VESSEL HEAT/N30FAL

The HEAT/N30FAL 90-degree air nipper blade is ideal for direct plastic gate cutting and useful to cut gates in narrow spaces. This L-shape blade is designed to work with VESSEL’s Size-30 type air nipper bodies. However, if a larger blade opening is needed, the HEAT/N30FAL can be used with VESSEL’s larger size GT-NR50F round air nipper body.

This blade is heat-ready and accepts a 1/8” x 1.25” long heating element/thermocouple from JDV’s optional heating packages. Using a heated blade is ideal for cutting tough materials at room temperature such as glass or nylon filled plastic, acrylics, and other hard plastics. It helps prevent chipping, stress cracks, or part discoloration and leaves a smooth clean-cut finish.
